Cooling mode

The cooling methods of refrigeration equipment are direct cooling and indirect cooling.

Direct cooling means that the evaporator of the refrigerator is installed in the box or building of the refrigeration device, and the air is directly cooled by the evaporation of the refrigerant, and the objects need to be cooled by cold air. This cooling method has the advantages of fast cooling speed, small heat transfer temperature difference, simple system, so it is widely used.

Indirect cooling depends on the evaporation of the refrigerant in the evaporator of the refrigerator, so as to cool the refrigerant (such as brine), and then the refrigerant is input into the box or building of the refrigeration device, and the air is cooled through the heat exchanger. This cooling method has slow cooling speed, large temperature difference in total heat transfer and complex system, so it is only used in few occasions, such as brine ice making and cold storage with constant temperature requirements.

According to the purpose of cooling and the use of cold capacity, refrigeration devices can be roughly divided into refrigeration devices for refrigeration, test refrigeration devices, production refrigeration devices and air conditioning refrigeration devices four categories.
